Kuber assists the Registrar in handling correspondence and managing meetings such as those of the Board of Management, the Academic Council, and so on. He is also the Assistant Public Information Officer.

Suchita Shinde

Suchita is a post-graduate in commerce and an expert typist. She is proficient in German and practices the classical dance form of Kathak. She handles Tally ERP9 and other accounting software. She is open-minded and outspoken and loves to listen to music. She loves adapting to new tech.

Pranav Amdekar

Senior Statistical Assistant

Pranav has a work experience of 18+ years in finance, accounting and taxation. He likes problem-solving and thinks that communication and interpersonal skills are key to it. He has deep know-how of Tally 9 ERP and Crystal Reports 11.0.

Joglekar has more than 35 years of experience in finance & accounts. She is an invitee to several selection committees viz. Rashtriya Shikshan Mandal, Adarsha Shikshan Sanstha, NIBM, Pune, NLU, Mumbai and so on. She has handled the additional charge as Registrar in various organisations.

Aindra Meshram

Sr. Statistical Assistant

Meshram is M.Sc. Statistics from Institute of Science, Nagpur. He currently heads the Publication Section at GIPE. He is the nodal officer of the All India Survey of Higher Education, and the appointed Public Information Officer (PIO).

Giridhar Kakade

Accounts Assistant

Giridhar works with the Finance and Accounts department. He likes to play Cricket and exercise daily. He also teaches Zumba.

Milind Inamdar

Accounts Assistant

Milind is assisting in managing the Institute’s accounts since 2014. He has worked in similar roles at other educational institutions. He loves to play Chess, watch Cricket and Football.

Mahesh Birwadkar

Accounts Assistant

Mahesh handles the cash and bank side of accounts operations at the Institute, in addition to government compliance. He is on his way to pursue PhD in the impact of Indian Accounting Standards on companies.

Inamdar works in the Administration section and has a Bachelor of Arts degree.

Savita Pendharkar

Tabulation Assistant

Pendharkar is probably the member with the longest stint at Gokhale. She joined the Institute in June 1985, and has 37 years of experience here.

Usha Sathe

Data Entry Operator

Usha has 13 years of work experience in the administrative executive team at Gokhale. She specialises in the maintenance of bio-metric records, EPABX attendance and reception. Usha has a double master’s (Library & Information Science and Geography). In her free time, Usha likes to read and play games with her daughter.

Kunal manages admissions and student data and acts as a point of contact during the admission process. He is an MBA post-graduate.

Ganesh Ghule

Technical Trainee

A Math graduate, he is a Microsoft and IBM certified tech enthusiast. He wants to upgrade his certification and work in developing areas in tech. He is aiming to begin his post-graduation studies.

Shrikant Katkar

An academic assistant, Katkar has an economics bachelor’s. He likes reading newspapers and watching movies. He helps prepare semester schedules, in classroom managementm conduct exams, and declaration of results.

Training and Placement Officer

Hemangi looks after the Campus Recruitment Programme at GIPE. She has 19 years experience in Corporate Relations & Placements. She has coordinated NSS activities at the Institute. She assists in NAAC and IQAC compliance, alumni affairs, and outreach.

Manisha Vaidya

Professional Assistant

Manisha is a professional assistant in the PhD section. In addition, she handles research projects, administrative tasks and correspondence simultaneously. She is passionate about event planning. Her postgrad degree was a dual major in History and Library & Information Science.

Sarika Kulkarni

Senior Academic Assistant

Sarika manages the B.Sc. program. She has organized formal events such as conferences, workshops and faculty development programs and alumni reunions. She has written in magazines and edited books.

Ulhas Dangat

Dangat assists in the coordination of the M.Sc. International Business Economics and Finance program, including the entrance test, periodicals and semester examinations, and results.

Ashwini coordinates the M.Sc. (PSHE) program in the academic section. She is a post-graduate in commerce and is pursuing an MBA in Finance. She likes to read and travel and loves to ride a bicycle.
